Returns for UK Online Purchases
We promise to refund or exchange any item you are unhappy with—provided you return it to us in a new, unused and saleable condition, with all tags attached, within 14 days of the date from which you received your goods. Your items can be returned by post. If tags are removed, we may be unable to process your refund. Should a refund be necessary, you will be refunded to your original payment method with the full amount of the price you paid for your goods.
You’ll need to pay for any postage fees for your return, and we strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
To cancel an order you must inform us in writing (by email) or phone within seven days of purchase and return the item(s) to us.
How to Return Your Items by Post for a Refund or Free Exchange
To return your items by post, you should send your purchases including a copy of your delivery note to: Headstock Distribution Ltd, Steelpark Road, Halesowen, Birmingham, B62 8HD. Securely re-package your items in the packet we delivered them in and attach an address label over the original mail label. You should note whether you wish to receive a refund or exchange. We will offer you a free exchange for your items or refund you on the original method of payment for your order.
How Long it Will Take to Get Your Refund
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. If you have returned your items by post for a refund, you should typically receive the money back into your bank account within 5-10 working days of us receiving your return. However, during particularly busy periods, it can take up to 15 working days to process your refund.

Returning Multi-Buy Discount Offer Goods
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example “buy 2 for £20.00” or “get the lowest priced item free”) you will be refunded the full price of the item less any discount given in the offer. If you return all the items purchased with the multi-buy offer discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.
Delivery Terms and Schedules
We deliver products throughout the UK mainland.
We will endeavour to deliver orders accepted within 3-5 working days.
We cannot specify a time for the delivery.
Products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Other General Terms
Risk of damage to, or loss of the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the Goods
Headstock Distribution Limited warrants that it is has title to sell the items that is displays on the Website. All other warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from any agreement between Headstock Distribution Limited and you.

If for any reason a court finds any provision of these Terms and Conditions to be invalid or unenforceable, then these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force except for those parts of the invalid or unenforceable provision that must be deleted to enable the remaining parts, and the other provisions, to be valid and enforceable.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law. You submit and Headstock Distribution Limited submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Any agreement between you and Headstock Distribution Limited is made under these Terms and Conditions, and includes, the descriptions of the Goods as provided by us on our Website, the Order Form, the Refund and Exchange Policy and the Privacy Policy. Together these constitute the entire agreement and understanding of you and Headstock Distribution Limited and supersede any previous agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of such agreement. Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude any liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
